Signed watercolour illustrations of your homes! Houseplant homes are the perfect gift for a crazy plant person, for a housewarming, wedding or birthday present.

All homes are available with or without plants in my Crafty Brum style in A4. The pieces are hand drawn and painted with a watercolour finish.

Please send through several clear images of the property directly from front on ensuring I can see the entire building and any close up photos of details to be included (such as trees, house details, plants or pets). These can be sent through messages on shopify or through via instagram @thecraftybrum, be sure to quote your order number.


Please note: 
Once complete, I have the right to share your illustration on social media, this will occur after the recipient has received their drawing. If you do not wish for the illustration to be shared before a particular date, please specify.

POSTAGE: 
This print will be carefully packaged (in SA) in a sleeve with protective board and sent in a hardback envelope to ensure it arrives to you safely! 
Please note: the print arrives to you unframed.

Due to the bespoke nature of these pieces, I aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 weeks.

Paper

All commissions are hand-printed onto heavyweight 300GSM cold pressed, acid free textured paper.

Postage & Packaging

All commissions are packaged in an eco-friendly compostable sleeve with a backing board for extra protection. All orders are posted inside a thick cardboard envelope to ensure safe postage.

About Me

I’m Kate, an artist who spent almost a decade in Birmingham, England (otherwise known as Brum). It was there that I established myself as a visual artist, exhibiting and selling my work.

Whilst abroad, I consistently felt the pull back to Australia and seeing the world really made me appreciate how wonderful Aus is! In December 2023 I moved back to Adelaide, established my business in my home town and now in 2026 I have relocated to Cremorne, Tasmania.

What started as a body of work to celebrate Brum has now evolved into somewhat of a scrapbook of wonderful locations, the places I and many of you resonate with.

Overall my aim is for my work to be a celebration of the places I have lived, where I created memories and built lives.
